This thoughtfully designed three-level retreat combines modern comfort with stunning mountain views. The top floor features a lofted primary suite with panoramic views of the White Mountains, an en suite bathroom with a sleek glass shower, and a dedicated workspace equipped with a monitor. On the main level, an open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a warm and sophisticated space to gather. A full bathroom with a tub, shower, and convenient in-unit laundry adds ease to your stay, while the expansive deck invites you to unwind and take in the breathtaking scenery. The lower level includes two beautifully appointed bedrooms. One with a queen bed and mountain views, the other with two custom bunk beds, each with individual reading lamps and USB ports. A stylish lounge area connects the rooms and opens to the outdoor spaces.
Other Details to Note
Guests will be provided with two guest passes to the Waterville Estates community center. Each pass admits one person 8 years and older. Children 7 and under are always free. Here you will find 2 indoor and 2 outdoor pools(Seasonal). As well as two hot tubs, gym, sauna, and locker rooms. Additional day passes can be purchased at the front desk. No need to drive, all of these amenities are directly across the street! Please take note-In the summer you can sometimes hear the music from the pool area. In the winter, we recommend using a vehicle with all-wheel drive. The cabin sits on steep mountain roads and has a steep driveway as well. Roads and driveway are plowed regularly, but travel can still be tricky during snow or ice. The fire pit remains in place year round, however it may be inaccessible at times due to snow.
